Pneumatic conditioners consist of 3 parts: air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator. This system is also called with the abbreviation FRY, which consists of the first letters of the words filter, regulator and lubricator.
The Pneumatic Conditioner system combines 3 main functions in one component.
1. Air Filtration:
The first component of the Pneumatic Conditioner is the filter. It is used to separate foreign objects in the compressed air by filtering them with water. When viewed from the front, the tube on the left absorbs the air moisture. As in every pneumatic system, the pressure rule of 0.5-10 bar must be followed in the conditioners. High pressure causes energy loss, while low pressure causes a decrease in efficiency.
2. Air Regulation
Because the pressure in the compressor tank varies, a pressure regulator is needed to transmit the fluctuation to the system. Even if the air pressure entering the regulator varies, the air leaving will remain constant at the value determined in nanometers on the regulator.
3. Air Lubrication
If there is no lubrication in pneumatic systems, wear is inevitable in the products. Products without lubrication cannot reach maximum performance. This will cause a decrease in efficiency and an increase in costs.
