Return and Refund Terms
At Saruhan Makina, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a return and refund policy if you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased.
Return and Refund Process
You have 14 days to return any product you have purchased. You must include the invoice, return form, and the original packaging of the product when sending it back.
Once the returned product is received by Saruhan Makina, your return request will be reviewed. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and refunded to your original payment method.
You will receive an email once your return has been received and inspected. You will be informed whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or damaged products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Software products
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
