Distance Sales Contract

  1. Parties This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between “Seller”, Kimlik Makina San. ve Tic., located at [Horozluhan OSB Mah. Demirtepe Sok. No:14 Selçuklu/KONYA], phone: [+90 332 249 85 71], e-mail: [satis@www.saruhanmakina.com.tr], and the “Buyer”, who places an order electronically via the website www.saruhanmakina.com.tr ("Website"). www.saruhanmakina.com.tr (“Web Sitesi”) üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş veren müşteri arasında akdedilmiştir.
  2. Subject This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer via the Website.
  3. Product Information Product descriptions, technical specifications, prices, and other related information are provided on the Website by the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and understanding the product information prior to placing an order.
  4. Order and Delivery

4.1. The Buyer completes the order by adding selected products to the cart on the Website and entering the required information. Upon order confirmation, a sales contract is deemed concluded between the parties.

4.2. Once the order and payment are confirmed, the Seller makes necessary arrangements to deliver the product to the specified delivery address.

4.3. Delivery time may vary depending on product stock status, delivery address, and the performance of the shipping company. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer regarding the estimated delivery time.

4.4. Upon delivery, the Buyer should inspect the package and the product for any damage or missing items. In case of any issue, a report must be prepared with the courier at the time of delivery.

Price and Payment

5.1. Product prices are as stated on the Website. Prices do not include VAT and shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

5.2. The Buyer must complete the payment using the selected payment method (Bank Transfer/EFT). The Seller proceeds with order fulfillment only after confirming the payment.

5.3. If the Buyer selects iyzico as the payment method during checkout, iyzico provides a secure and fast payment process that protects the Buyer’s credit card and other payment data. All collections will be made by iyzico, and the payment amount will be charged after approval. More detailed information about transactions is available on iyzico’s secure payment platform.

5.4. In case of any issue during payment, the Seller has the right to notify the Buyer and take necessary steps to resolve the matter.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. Detailed information regarding the right of withdrawal is available on the Website.

6.2. The returned product must be sent back to the Seller in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.

6.3. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the Buyer, but only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by the Seller.

Privacy Policy

The Seller commits to keeping the Buyer's personal data confidential. The Buyer's information is protected and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction In case of any dispute arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya shall have jurisdiction.

By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all its terms.

This Agreement is concluded electronically with mutual consent of the parties.
